Essential Information:

  • Suitable for all ages. It's a pioneer farm experience with animals, even grumpy teenagers, boyfriends and grandpas enjoy it!

  • Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

  • Our animals are friendly, but take care when feeding. They can't tell the difference between fingers and food so keep hands (and other body parts) away from their mouths!  We will instruct you on how to safely feed the animals upon entry.

  • Apart from guinea pigs, do not handle any animal without our approval and supervision.

  • All animals have germs so wash your hands before putting hands to face or eating.

  • Farm paths are gravel or naturally formed, so you may encounter some uneven ground when exploring.

  • Dress for outdoor weather conditions including covered walking shoes.

  • Please call to discuss wheel chair accessibility; unfortunately access to an area may be affected by weather for some wheelchairs.

  • Accessible toilet onsite.

  • Pets, glass, alcohol and smoking not permitted.

  • Small range of souvenirs and drinks available.

  • Animals still want to be fed when it's raining, so bring an umbrella, coat and suitable footwear. If it is hot, we suggest you visit early as animals, like us, may feel a bit lazy in the afternoon heat.

  • EFTPOS available on site, however our card facilities are sometimes unavailable due to our "country internet" connection.
