Here you can view the life and times of Australian agriculture from Federation to 1960. Wander among the outbuidings and machinery and listen to stories of yesteryear. Take the Echo Farm walk to meet and greet the animals and get a closer view of the time line of tree carvings. Browse through Echo Farm house shop and there is, in each room, what is special. Traditional, wholesome, heritage and Aussie things - things you will remember and things you have forgotten about!
Wander through Echo Farm house shop where oil lamps, cannisters and sweets 'as they used to be' line the dressers in the kitchen and pure linen tea towels and traditional recipe books are for sale. Move into the lounge to feel the wonderfully soft mohair knee rugs, find classic books, unique greeting cards, walking canes and fretwork. Peek in the drawers and wardrobes to 'look at living' in the 1930s. Entry $15 per family/vehicle.
Miniature ceramic and clockwork models delight young and old as well as serious collectors. There are rabbit traps, saws, old bottles and insulators for sale in the wash house and steel wheels lined up along several of the fences outside where you can wander among the outbuildings, machinery and gum trees and listen to stories of yesteryear.
